Im back from Batam!!! :D

It's seriously a FUN trip. 1st day reached the hostel there, was totally surprised. The hut is like a chalet, just that there's no tv. There are 8 beds, 2 toilets and AIR-CON!! can you imagine?? Air-con leh!! It was totally unexpected and totally different from what the teachers told us before we went. But the bathing facility is like shit. I 1st time bath with this kind of water temperature. Its damn cold, much much cooler than our school's or any swimming pool or whatever. Den after that was dinner, the dinner was also a great surprise, its seriously damn nice. Next day morning went to the orphanage, saw the kids. They are so so so so so cute!!! Den we started to paint the wall, i think i did a good job. Thanks Vanessa for being my assistant. Haha. I painted 3 flowers, not bad leh. Den after that i jiu sian liao, den sneaked to the pathway building team and helped them. Their job is much tiring, but much more fun. It started to rain abit during lunch time, but luckily it didnt affect our work. We managed to finish painting the wall and construct a concrete ground around their well. There were alot of dogs there and we even made names for them. 3rd day went back there, we were only left with constructing a pathway from dunnoe where to where. Although the painting team had already finished our job, but they decided to paint another wall as they dont want too many people helping in the pathway. But of course i gei-siao and helped the pathway. It was not an easy job, very tiring. Got abit of sunburn but nvm, became damn dark, but next day jiu recover liao. We managed to finish everything in time and we gave them the soccer balls and basketball that the teachers donated. The minute they saw the soccer ball they was damn high and started playing. They wasnt playing soccer, they were just kicking, chasing and snatching. No goal no nothing, just kick. Haha. Last day went back there for the prize presentation and gave out the goodie bags for them. Den after that went to Batam Centre for lunch at A&W, shopped for awhile and took the ferry back home.

It's really a very very very fun trip, if there's another chance, i'll definitely go again. We had lots of fun together and learnt and experienced lots of things. Things like making cement and constructing the pathway is something that we cant experience in Singapore. I start to miss the food there already, we are expecting something from every meal, and they never disappoint us even once, every meal was such a great meal. Im so not used to not seeing many flies flying around me. Haha. Overall, i love the trip!!!

& this is my 100th post. Haha.
